Merry Christmas! What are all of your plans for today? Hopefully,
doing things that you enjoy!
Today’s Meredith’s Monday Musing post is all about: Christmas!
Christmas is such an amazing holiday! There’s great food, gift
giving, getting to spend time with family, wonderful music, decorative lights,
etc. It’s just such a magical time of year!
Do any of you have traditions that you do for Christmas? My family
really doesn’t have one. Growing up, my siblings and I would all sleep in the
same room. However, since we’re grown ups now and moved out, we don’t do that
anymore. Otherwise, we just all get together on Christmas morning, open
presents, and then my Mom makes a delicious breakfast. Then we spend the rest
of the day hanging out, until the evening comes where we go over to my Mom’s
side of the family. (My Dad has a pretty small family and they all live out of
state, which is why we don’t go visit them.)
For those of you who don’t celebrate Christmas what do y’all do?
I’ve always heard the stereotype of people going to the movies or going to get
Chinese food? I wonder if there’s any truth to that?
I don’t want to take up anymore of anyone’s time on this holiday.
